Position: Coordinator, Events – Downtown Boise YMCA
About: Treasure Valley Family YMCA Races & Fun Runs offer inclusive events for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, providing a fun and competitive racing experience in a safe and engaging environment aligned with YMCA values.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Events, Races, and Track & Field; Knowledge of Race registration platforms, Timing Software, and Track & Field platforms such as athletic.net; Experience in Race/Event Production; Availability to work 15-18 weekends a year; Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel; Budget planning and management skills; Strong human relations and communication skills; Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations; Prior experience in supervising staff and volunteers preferred
