Position: Coordinator, Event Services
About: This position is for a Coordinator, Event Services working with the Client Services team to ensure flawless execution of client events in Boston (Whitinsville), MA. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the onsite, tactical execution components of clients’ exhibit programs while providing the highest level of customer service.
Requirements: 2 Year Degree in event management, marketing, or general business preferred; 1-2 years of experience in the trade show industry or purchasing, event planning, or scheduling environments; strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines; ability to work independently with little or no supervision; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; customer service skills for interacting with colleagues and vendors
