Position: Coordinator, Evening Events and Facilities
About: Reporting to the Associate Director for Athletics and Recreation, the Coordinator for Evening Events and Facilities oversees nightly operations and events in the Student Recreation Center. This role supervises, trains and assists student staff during the evening hours, helps with coordination of events, and provides patrons with membership and program information. The position also assists with marketing and publicity of campus recreation activities and special events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; A minimum of two years of professional work experience in campus recreation, student programming, or facility operations with a large, diverse student staff; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Must be able to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Must be available to work evenings and weekends
