Position: Coordinator, Enterprise Center Premium Events
About: The Enterprise Center is seeking a Premium Events Coordinator to assist in sales, service, and marketing efforts for the Enterprise Center Elite Events Membership Program, providing high-end service to clients and coordinating communication and marketing campaigns.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, with premium sales and service experience as a plus; detailed-oriented and organized, with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management; proficiency in Microsoft Office, ticketing software, and database usage; working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and CRM software; ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; proactive and able to work independently, with strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
