About: Apartment Life coordinators create and deliver a high-quality Apartment Life (AL) experience to residents and staff in an apartment community. They excel in planning exceptional events, providing outstanding personal communication, and showing genuine care and hospitality, ultimately making a positive impact on the community and residents’ lives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age; basic fluency in English; valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation; physical ability to handle various tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds; commitment to weekly hours and minimum term of service
