Position: Coordinator
About: Apartment Life is seeking mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible coordinators to create an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience for residents and staff in an apartment community. Coordinators are passionate about the vision and mission of AL, planning engaging events, providing exceptional communication, and showing care and hospitality to impact the lives of apartment residents. The work of a coordinator revolves around three key elements: Care, Connect, and Call, where they care for the community, connect residents, and encourage others to do the same, weaving together business excellence with love for neighbors effectively.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Be legally eligible to work in the United States; Have basic fluency in English for composing marketing materials and reports; Possess a current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation; Be physically capable of handling various duties and committing weekly hours; Make a minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community
