Position: Coordinator
About: Apartment Life coordinators provide an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience to residents and staff in an apartment community. Coordinators plan events, offer exceptional personal communication, and demonstrate acts of genuine care and radical hospitality, impacting the community and residents’ lives. The work involves caring for people, connecting them in relationships, and calling others to do the same.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event planning or community engagement preferred; strong communication skills; basic fluency in English; valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation; physical ability to perform job duties; commitment to weekly hours and minimum term; availability to host events and visit residents during evenings and weekends
