Requirements: Must be minimum of 16 years of age for Cook 1; Must be minimum 18 years of age for Cook 2 – 4; Must be able to stand for long periods of time; Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; Must read, write, and speak fluently in English; Ability to work at a high pace with a variety of kitchen equipment; Must be able to adhere to Steamboat Culinary Guidelines
