Position: Cook – Up To $17.55/hr
About: Umaizushi located at HMSHost in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Sushi Cook to join their team. The role involves preparing sushi and various food products, ensuring quality and presentation, following safety and sanitation standards, and providing excellent service to customers and associates.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience; must pass company-provided food safety sanitation class; experience in a high-volume and casual dining restaurant environment; ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, as well as converse comfortably with customers; ability to speak and write Japanese is a plus; must work with sharp knives and utensils; frequently immerses hands in water and chemical solutions
