Position: Cook – Up To $17.55/hr
About: Ecco, located at HMSHost in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Concourse F, 6000 North Terminal Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30337, is seeking a Second Cook to join their team. The Second Cook will be responsible for food production, preparation, presentation, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced airport dining environment.
Requirements: Requires 2-3 years of closely related culinary experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant or similar setting; intermediate food knowledge pertaining to Soups, Sauces, and Pantry; proficient knife cutting skills and knowledge of cooking principles; familiarity with food preparation and HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment and organic ingredients; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; good communication, customer service, and multitasking skills; physically able to lift and move up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot and wet environment.
