We are redefining the dining experience in a vibrant golf club atmosphere, delivering unforgettable moments to our members and guests with delightful breakfasts, elegant dinners, and intimate to grand banquets.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary school preferred but not required; Minimum one year cooking (line and/or prep) experience in a full-service restaurant. Knowledge of cooking techniques, culinary terminology, and food safety standards; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks under pressure; Strong attention to detail and time management skills; Strong teamwork and collaboration; Strong communication skills including effective listening; Highly organized and flexible; Ability to remain calm during peak hours or challenging guests; Demonstrated working knowledge of food cooking regulations; Computer Skills: Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) System, Ability to use employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll database; Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license required due to potential use of golf carts; Unexpired Arizona food certifications; Regular attendance is required. Additional hours including weekends may be required on a regular basis to fulfill duties of position.
