Position: COOK (Ranch Steakhouse OKC)
About: The Cook position at Mathis Management involves setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines, preparing food in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and portion controls, restocking items as needed, maintaining cleanliness, assisting in kitchen organization, and performing additional duties as assigned by management. The role requires basic understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, sanitation, and safe food handling procedures. Previous line cook experience is preferred. The job entails physical activities like stooping, kneeling, standing, and reaching, with a requirement to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
