Requirements: Ability to correctly and safely use standard kitchen equipment such as chefs’ knives, convection ovens, rotating rack ovens, and more; Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and food preparation techniques; Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
