Position: Cook PRN Days
About: Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, a renowned healthcare facility in the Bay Area, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for high-volume food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to set standards for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves hot and cold food production, adherence to recipes, and maintaining a safe work environment in alignment with Houston Methodist’s service image and mission statement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one year of food service/cooking experience; possession of a Food Handlers Permit required; proficiency in English language for effective communication; knowledge of food service equipment and sanitation principles; familiarity with Serve Safe guidelines and Health department standards
