Position: COOK, PREP- Tidewater Landing Stadium
About: Compass Group, located at 11 Tidewater Street, is seeking Kitchen Staff/Food Prep members to join their team. As a Prep Cook at Compass Group, you will be responsible for obtaining the daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef, preparing items according to established quantities and recipes, completing daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, tasting completed meals, and operating and cleaning equipment following department procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation preferred
