Position: Cook/ Prep Cook/ Sous Chef

About: Remington Heights Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook/Sous Chef to prepare nutritious and high-quality meals with a focus on hospitality for the enjoyment of residents. The role involves following all laws, regulations, and company standards under the guidance of the Dining Services Director.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of scratch food preparation experience; prior experience in regularly preparing meals for large groups; ServSafe certification required; ability to maintain timely meal services, check menus and supplies, prepare meals meeting nutritional requirements, operate kitchen equipment safely, follow sanitation regulations, and assist with supervisory duties in the absence of a Director
