Position: Cook/Prep
About: The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as a cook; Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling); Ability to follow all sanitation procedures; Ability to work in a team environment; Excellent communication skills; Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds; Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
