Position: COOK (Per-Diem)
About: Responsible for ensuring meals meet required nutritional values and are prepared on schedule, maintaining a clean kitchen area, tracking food expiration dates, and collaborating with students and staff on menu planning. This position involves participation in school events and promoting proper nutrition and food safety practices.
Requirements: New York State Driver’s License; High School Diploma and experience in food service; Ability to read and write English; Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver’s license, and fingerprinting; Completion of SCIP class certification/re-certification with a passing test; Compliance with dress code; Attend in-service training sessions, staff meetings, and seminars
