Position: Cook Pastry – Brennan’s
About: Ralph Brennan’s six high-energy, high-experience restaurants (plus a catering company and a bakery) stand apart for their commitment to inspired, locally-sourced cuisine and gracious hospitality, served up in New Orleans’ most revered and iconic dining rooms. Brennan’s is seeking experienced line cooks to join their award-winning team.
Requirements: 2 years of related pastry experience or a culinary degree; high-volume restaurant experience is a plus; ability to work well under pressure; maintain a positive attitude; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to read and follow menus and recipes
