Position: Cook, Part-Time
About: Part of a nationwide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Covenant Living is seeking a Cook. This position is responsible for the preparation of food for residents, using standardized recipes to achieve proper quantities and consistent high quality while maintaining a high standard of sanitation.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; one year of food service experience in an institutional setting; current state sanitation certificate; ability to read, write, and speak in English effectively; ability to perform math and understand standard food measurements; ability to take initiative, work independently, and cooperate with staff; willingness to work with older adults; must be of legal driving age with a current driver’s license
