Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year line cook experience in a cafe or restaurant environment; experience with breakfast foods, especially variety style egg preparation; comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques; detail-oriented and good communicator
