Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; culinary degree preferred; 2 years cooking experience preferred; experience at a similar size and quality hotel recommended; able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions; follow standardized recipes and plate presentation; knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team spirit; flexible working hours; physical demands: standing for long periods, proper lifting techniques, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, moving throughout the hotel for extended periods, manual dexterity, ability to work with hands above shoulders, exposure to various conditions; hospitality industry operational hours awareness
