Position: Cook – Lincoln
About: Ho-Chunk, Inc., a leading hospitality and entertainment company, is in search of a detail-oriented Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing food for guests following set recipes and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements: Must be 19 years or older; High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience; One (1) to five (5) years prior experience as a cook in a high-volume food service operation; Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment; Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and nomenclature; Excellent guest service/communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced and often stressful environment; ServSafe certification required
