About: HMSHost at Portland International Airport is looking for a Cook to join their team. Requirements: Minimum qualifications include food preparation skills, knowledge of HACCP standards, at least 1 year of closely related cooking experience, proficiency in various cooking techniques, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to perform kitchen duties efficiently. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting and follow food safety and sanitation standards rigorously.
