Position: Cook job
About: The Webber Restaurant Group, operating Gibbet Hill Grill, is currently looking for an experienced Cook to join their restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, able to prepare delicious meals, and have a diverse culinary background. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking various dishes to high standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Collaboration with the management team is essential for smooth kitchen functioning.
Requirements: Prior experience as a Cook preferred; Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines; Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations; Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Excellent communication skills; Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs; A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus
