About: Bosque Brewing Co. is seeking a Cook to join their team and follow established methods and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality dishes per Bosque Brewing Co. standards. The Cook will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, prepping raw materials, and following recipe instructions meticulously to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
Requirements: Essential functions and responsibilities include representing the Bosque Brewing Co. brand positively, displaying attention to detail, maintaining knowledge of menu offerings, operating kitchen equipment, following recipes, controlling product costs, and ensuring sanitation standards. The ideal candidate must be 16 years of age or older, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be safety-oriented. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
