Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen; self-motivated and passionate about cooking; strong creativity and interest in building healthy flavorful meals; ability to follow and adjust recipes as needed; excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; willingness to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends; ServSafe Food Handlers or Manager Card certification
