Position: Cook job
About: IHOP is a renowned restaurant chain known for its delicious pancakes and breakfast offerings. They are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Cook, responsible for preparing and plating food items in adherence to IHOP’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience: Prior experience or training is desired; Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to interact with guests and follow instructions; Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions; Reasoning Ability: Capable of applying common sense to carry out tasks effectively; Other Skills and Abilities: Completion of IHOP training coursework; Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, such as standing, walking, and lifting objects as needed; Work Environment: Willingness to work in a restaurant environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to food smells and particles.
