About: Food Service & Catering at the University of Charleston is seeking a full-time Cook to join their Culinary Team. The ideal candidate must have previous cooking experience and be willing to work weekends and nights as needed, with varying shifts.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous cooking experience; availability to work weekends and nights; ability to follow recipes and directions; experienced with kitchen procedures; understanding of health department and food safety guidelines; team player with excellent attendance; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; understanding of security and confidentiality on a university campus
