Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; one or more years of experience in production cooking; ability to follow policies and procedures, understand instructions, communicate effectively, and perform simple math calculations; knowledge of food handling regulations and certification tests; good interpersonal skills and ability to work within deadlines; familiarity with production and cleaning schedules, chemical safety, thermometer use, and safety protocols for handling equipment and chemicals
