About: Under the direction of the production manager/Chef, the position involves preparing all foods according to standard recipes and production schedules in a food service environment at Brown University Health, located at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI.
Requirements: Must have five years of experience in an institutional food service environment or comparable related experience; ability to perform simple mathematical recipe conversions; supervisory responsibility for dietary aides or project volunteers.
