Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience in short order cooking; knowledge of institutional kitchen appliances; ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic mathematics; ability to follow written and oral instructions; good customer service and interpersonal communication skills; prior experience in institutional food service operation preferred; good personal hygiene; ability to perform job functions safely
