Requirements: At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis; working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards; excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, and identifying food items; customer service experience required.
