About: This position supervises high-volume production, preparation, delivery, and service of meals in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health, and sanitation. The incumbent collaborates with the Program Generalist to plan nutritious meals and snacks for Head Start students. They are responsible for administrative tasks in support of the food preparation process, including proper documentation maintenance of records.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications: High school diploma and Serv-Safe certification along with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in a pre-school environment.
