Requirements: Minimum 6 months cooking experience as a line cook in a full-service fine dining restaurant or hotel is required; Must be able to read, understand, learn and execute recipes with accuracy and speed; Excellent communication and cooperation skills; able to handle stress with professionalism at all times; Standing for long periods, up to entire shift, with frequent bending, squatting, and side-to-side movement with frequent lifts/carries 35-50 lbs required; Valid Food Safety/Handlers Certification
