Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes independently; proficiency in preparing meats, fish, soups, sauces, vegetables, and desserts; knowledge of FDA Food Code standards and kitchen sanitation procedures
