Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; 1 year production experience in a healthcare or commercial food serving operation; Food Handlers Permit required; Must maintain acceptable driving record, current driver’s license, and insurability; Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements; Ability to prepare multiple food items simultaneously and follow quality standards; Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Effective organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
