Position: Cook job
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Waterfront is seeking Cooks to join their team. This 2nd shift position involves working in the kitchen during dinner service, with shifts available 7 days a week. Weekend shifts are required. Hourly rate is $18.00 with additional benefits including a quarterly bonus plan, paid time off, and the option for daily pay through DailyPay.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent of GED; one year experience following standard recipes; experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred; associate’s degree preferred; ability to stand for eight hours, push or pull 60 pounds, lift and/or carry 60 pounds; knowledge of food costs control, inventory management, and hotel operations; ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with guests and staff
