About: Our restaurant portfolio at IAH includes El Tiempo, The Breakfast Klub, Katz Coffee and Bistro, The Annie and The Kitchen! At SSP America, our Line Cooks have the important role of receiving food orders, preparing delicious dishes for our guests, and properly setting up the kitchen. Our Line Cooks are experts at following detailed food preparation processes and working well in fast-paced environments.
Requirements: No formal education required; Experience in a kitchen environment preferred; Ability to work in a fast-paced setting; Strong attention to detail; Friendly and respectful attitude towards customers; Excellent communication skills; Must be able to work a flexible schedule; Understanding of food safety regulations; Ability to follow recipes accurately; Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
