About: The Hotel Line Cook position involves creating exceptional culinary experiences for guests through correct food preparation and presentation. The role requires adherence to sanitation regulations and working in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of related experience required; ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions; advanced knife skills and sanitation skills; command of the English language; proficiency in high-paced and stressful environments; knowledge of cooking temperatures, soups, sauces, entrees, and a la carte cooking; experience with kitchen equipment operation; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
