About: Support for Early Learning & Families (SELF) is a nonprofit organization based in Vancouver, WA, dedicated to improving opportunities for children in the community through early learning initiatives. The organization collaborates with partners in Southwest Washington to promote community awareness and advocacy for early learning, kindergarten readiness, and school success for all children. SELF operates childcare centers serving children from birth to school age, focusing on providing support to children of diverse backgrounds and needs.
Requirements: 18 years of age or older; ability to work effectively independently and within a team; ability to follow directions and be flexible in completing assigned tasks; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions; ability to operate kitchen appliances safely; professional demeanor and dress; experience working with children and in a food setting; understanding and appreciation for diverse backgrounds; knowledge of USDA regulations is preferred
