Requirements: Possesses good cooking skills with restaurant or institutional background; Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a consistent positive demeanor; Works well with others; Ability to read and write, calculate amounts of ingredients, interpret written instructions, and follow oral instructions; Completes Food Services Sanitation class or inservice. Preferred: Previous food service and major equipment operation experience; Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
