Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; one or more years of work experience in production cooking; ability to follow established policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and perform simple math calculations; knowledge of food handling regulations and ability to pass certification tests; good interpersonal skills and ability to work within time constraints; compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) age requirement of 18 years or older
