Position: Cook job
About: As a Cook at a ski resort in Brighton, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the timely and high-quality production of menu items. This position requires basic culinary skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field. Compensation is $17 to $21 an hour plus tips, depending on experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; basic knife skills and safety; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail; willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff; ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets; guest-oriented and service-minded; culinary school diploma preferred
