About: Join IHOP, a well-known family dining restaurant with over 65 years of operating experience. From day one, you’ll embark on an enriching training program, familiarizing yourself with policies and cooking procedures and acquiring the skills needed to deliver exceptional food and dining experience our guests expect. Our cooks start at a rate of $13/hour, with the potential to earn up to $19/hour based on experience.
Requirements: Ability to learn and apply galley terminology and procedures; Reading skills to complete online and on-the-job training; Ability to memorize recipes and plating techniques; Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; Must be at least 18 years of age
