About: Concern Housing is seeking a full-time Cook to be responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintaining quality standards, sanitation, cleanliness, and training of kitchen staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods; Familiarity with sanitation regulations; Culinary school diploma is a plus; Strong communication and leadership skills; Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail
