Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is required; Must be 18 years or older; Must have a current Food Handlers Card; Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols; Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment; Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs; Own required attire: black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap, and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit; A smartphone and email for seamless communication; Reliable transportation to get you to job sites
