Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience as a Cook, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Safe knife handling skills; Experience operating commercial slicers, ovens, grills, large blenders, etc.; Ability to follow instructions for the safe use, cleaning, and care of dietary equipment, preparation, and service areas; Compassionate and empathetic nature; Ability to work effectively in a team environment
