About: To order, prepare, cook and serve food; maintain all kitchen sanitation requirements; complete required documentation; and ensure efficient food service operations for the program in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
Requirements: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED certificate; Special Knowledge/Skills: Basic English speaking/writing skills, Cooking for large groups, Highly organized, Proficient computer and math skills, Ability to interact with diverse populations, Ability to work cohesively on an interdisciplinary team; Experience: Prior experience in a food service setting
