Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe Certification required; working knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation; knowledge of cooking times and temperatures; familiarity with various cuts of meat and seasonings; ability to communicate in English; experience in dealing with seniors and their dietary needs
